This November we are celebrating all things Master Chef with this year’s finalist Giovanna Ryan who will be cooking for us in the wonderful Robinson College, Cambridge.

On the Menu there will be:

For Starters:

Baked polenta with mushrooms, pecorino, sage and truffle oil

A choice of Main:

Beef cheek with olive oil mash and roast fennel (sharing platters)

Cauliflower and fontina gratin (veggie)

Followed by Dessert:

Caramelised quince, pears and apples, sable biscuits and crème Fraiche sorbet
